One of the things that I love most about being a Senior Human Resources Specialist at C2 is there is always something new and exciting to do. Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our clients and employees. Whether it is ensuring OSHA compliance and reporting, performing Talent Management tasks, managing medical leaves and disability accommodations, or providing employee guidance, I know that I am personally making a positive impact.
Thanks to the diversity of our clients and ever changing employment regulations, there are innumerable opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I started out in an administrative role with C2 eleven years ago. Since joining, I have been encouraged and supported to continue to develop my career. C2 is a company that truly cares about their employees. This is exemplified through C2’s Development and Mentoring programs, impromptu “thank you” socials and other company-sponsored events.
I am fortunate to be a member of a strong and close-knit Human Resources team that works together to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients and employees.
