The 2024 Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) limits have been increased by the IRS to $3,200 (up from $3,050 for 2023).
Employers that have FSA plans may choose to increase their health FSA election maximum for the 2024 plan year. This is NOT required by law. If you wish to amend your current plan, please contact your HR team.
Per the Co-Employment Agreement with C2, if you elect to permit a maximum benefit under the FSA in excess of $2,000, any negative balance in the FSA account must be reimbursed to C2.
