City of Minneapolis Minimum Wage Increases:
- $15.97 an hour for all employers effective Jan. 1, 2025
January 1, 2025 and going forward the minimum wage for small and large sized businesses will increase together. Tips and gratuities do not count toward minimum wage payment.
City of St. Paul Minimum Wage Increases:
- $15.97 an hour for employers of 101 or more employees effective Jan. 1, 2025
- $15.00 for small businesses of 6-100 employees effective July 1, 2025
- $13.25 for micro businesses of 5 employees or less effective July 1, 2025
