The annual ACA reporting deadlines are approaching. Employers who are required to file in paper format (50-249 employees) are required to provide 1094’s and 1095’s to the IRS no later than March 2, 2021.
For companies with more than 250 employees, they are required to electronically file 1094’s and 1095’s no later than March 31, 2021.
C2 will generate the 1094’s and 1095’s and submit for clients who meet these thresholds and requirements.
