Effective January 1, 2025, Minnesota employers with 30 or more employees in the state must provide salary information on all job postings. The job postings must include:
- The starting salary range or the flat rate of pay
- If a range, it must include a finite minimum and finite maximum amount
- The complete itemization of all benefits inclusive of health insurance, retirement plan benefits, and all other employee benefits offered
Job postings made directly by the employer, or by a third party must adhere to the Pay Tranparency requirements.
