Federal contractors just got a bit of good news. On March 2nd, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that it has updated its previously issued Supply and Service FY 2020 audit scheduling list by removing those businesses that had been selected to undergo focused reviews and compliance checks. The revisions drastically reduce the number of businesses that will be evaluated pursuant to the 2020 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) from 2,250 to only 500 businesses.
The OFCCP has posted an amended CSAL list on its website. The evaluations that will proceed under the revised list include establishment-based compliance reviews, CMCE reviews, FAAP reviews and university compliance reviews.
