IRS 2025 Health Flexible Spending Account Adjustment
The 2025 Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) limits have been released by the IRS. The limit has increased to $3,300 (up from $3,200 for 2024).
Employers that have FSA plans may choose to increase their health FSA election maximum for the 2025 plan year. This is NOT required by law.
